DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND TRAINING

Delivery

We at Payne Pallet Inverters pride ourselves in the service we offer.

Firstly, we operate our own transport, therefore enabling us to deliver on a day and a time suitable for the customer.

We work with the customer’s site personnel to ensure the machine is off loaded safely and moved correctly into position, ready for installation. We are able to arrange the hire of forklift if required.

When the electrics are connected, we are able to commence with the process. The machine will be installed with all guarding put in place and all relevant cables tidied in tray and clipped. The machine will be tested both with and without loads to ensure correct settings and controls are maintained. We will leave the installation area clean and free from debris.

With our manual at hand our experienced engineer will invite operators and maintenance personnel to attend an operating and maintenance training session, and any questions related will be answered.

If the customer wishes to arrange their own collection from our site, this is no problem. All information needed will be given , i.e dimensions and weight of the machine etc. Most machines can simply be lifted at the rear and easily be placed into position. We are then quite happy, when electrics have been supplied, to attend, at a time convenient to the customer to install, commission and train.

We are also able to offer a training service at any time to, for example, new members of staff.

Training certificates will be issued.

We frequently are asked to relocate machines either at the same site or to another depot. We are able to offer this service and will decommision and reinstall, recommission etc.
