The floor to floor tipper is designed for floor loading by pallet truck or fork lift truck. This machine is more suited for boxed goods. Usual capacity 1000Kg.
The special plasterboard tipper was designed to tip back a stack of plasterboard sheets and separate them (by means of a sliding table) to allow damaged boards to be removed and replaced. Two of these machine‘s were sold to a British plasterboard company in Italy and two in Thailand. This machine has a capacity of 3000kg
6‘ x 6‘ fence panels are placed on the tipper in the upright position, then tipped back onto a pallet for loading and transportation. This particular company supplies fence panels to a very well known racecourse.
This tipper is used by an aluminium manufacturer. The machine is loaded by a c hook. The coils of aluminium are placed "core horizontal" into the machine. It then clamps and brings all the coils together. The c hook is then removed from a slot cut into the clamp table. It then tips back 90 degrees and unclamps. The coils are now "core vertical" and are ready to be powered away on their pallet on a conveyor.
The type two tipper is for placing steel coils or paper roles from a "core horizontal" to a "core vertical" position. It can used in both directions and can be loaded with c hook or forklift truck.
These machines are designed to be loaded with a stack of coils on a pallet to be tipped to the core horizontal position. They can then be removed one at a time. Several of these tippers have recently been installed for a paper air filter manufacturer. View online demo.
These tippers are for laying back large steel coils for core vertical position to core horizontal. The machine shown has a capacity of 7000Kg. Any reasonable capacity can be catered for.
The standard pallet inverter is the mainstay of our product range and can be manufactured to any size you require but 6 main sizes are usually available from stock or can be manufactured within short timescales. The Triple ‘L’ Pallet Inverter clamps with two tables and then inverts 180 degrees. This machine is loaded at floor level with or without a ramp depending on the application. The Triple ‘L’ Inverter is suitable for all products and has the added benefit of twin clamping tables. to allow large and small loads to be accommodated. The Lowline Pallet Retriever clamps with one table then inverts the load 95 degrees. This pallet retrieval machine can be loaded at floor level with no assistance from a ramp or pit. The Retriever is suitable for all blocked loads. Please view product videos see machine in action.
The Pallet Exchanger, exchanges pallets with no manual handling of the pallet. The load is always the same orientation and is suited to almost any load type. Please view product videos to see machine in action.
The pile / stack turner will invert anything from paper, foil sheets, stacks of card or large sheets of board. All these machines are built around the same design principles. However with the vast range of load sizes to accommodate they are manufactured to personal requirements.
