Services and maintenance
Payne Pallet Inverters offers service agreements with all new machines supplied in the UK. We will also service and repair older Pallet Inverters at a fixed price or a call out basis. Payne only use their own engineers, when you call us you will not be asked to call an outside maintenance company.
Payne Pallet Inverters hold parts in stock and also on the service vans, which cover the whole of UK.
If there is a problem with any machine we endeavour to establish fault prior to visit to keep your cost down on site. Simple issues can be resolved over the phone with no cost to you at all in some cases. Our aim is to reduce down time and keep your business "turning over". Once you have sent through service agreement or registered a problem we will contact you and arrange time for a visit that is convenient to you the customer.
We recommend a service every 6 months depending on usage. Rental machines are serviced at regular intervals as part of the cost you pay every month.
